Identify the intended change

A concern about lip fullness, shape or the skin around the mouth is not an upper-lip hair-removal question. A laser label does not establish a method that enlarges lips, restores collagen or substitutes for another treatment. Discuss the actual concern and whether any procedure is appropriate.

Do not infer a local treatment or benefit
